I just announced it

I went public on Facebook and MagicGatheringStrat today that I am now a full time youtuber and podcaster. You can find out more about the youtube channels and podcasts in the links on this blog.

I am quite nervous. This is quite a big thing. Maybe even a crazy thing. But the die has been cast. Lets do this!

More YouTube projects are in the works but I am still officially on vacation until August the 17th.

What is Fan of History?

I love history. It is probably hard to understand how much I love history. Its a lot.

I especially like very ancient history.

When I started youtubing I immediatly thought of doing something about history. Thus the Fan of History youtube channel was born. In hindsight it might have been a mistake as I later understood that Fan of History works better as a podcast. So why not do both?

Today the Fan of History is both a YouTube channel and a podcast.

To differentiate between the two the YouTube channel is mainly me showing pictures and talking about history while the podcast is my good friend Brennon and myself talking about history.

I started the Fan of History podcast with a narrative of World History starting in 1000 BC. That was actually intended as training to get experience telling history to unknown people. I have many future plans for the Project (see link below).

The next thing I will do is continue the narrative until 700 BC and start a new series called Adolf Hitler Must Die. The new series will be about the 42 assassination attempts on Adolf Hitler.
